Price : This little green emptiness was done over a period of some weeks. I made the yellow line with the two blue figures first. Then I hesitated. It looked like a landscape, and I don’t do landscape this way. After having hesitated for some more time I painted the narrow green side. I put in a little dot. That dot looked very much like a football. Then I hesitated again. Where was this going? Then one day I decided to finish the painting, the way it turned out satisfied me. It is open for a lot of interpretations. And it is calm, even for those who think it shows rain outside…
